Website and inquiry privacy

Mythic Pulse Studios LLC operates this website. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit, use the music player, or contact the studio.

Information you submit

Contact the Studio asks for your name, email address and message, with an optional topic. Request a Quote asks for your name, email address, service needed and project description. Company or organization, budget range and desired timeline are optional. Please leave out passwords and sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to understand your request, respond and discuss possible work. A quote inquiry does not create a contract, guarantee pricing or confirm project acceptance. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Services involved

Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Resend delivers your submitted details by email to the studio's Microsoft 365 email service. Microsoft 365 handles studio email, including messages and replies.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form interactions for automated abuse. Upstash stores temporary protection counters used to limit repeated submissions. These services handle the information needed for their roles; the inquiry message is sent to the email delivery service and receiving mailbox, not placed in the protection-counter database.

Operational and security information

Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, requested pages and delivery or error records. Turnstile receives browser and connection signals when you interact with an available form, including before you send it. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve bot detection, as described in its Turnstile privacy notice.

Our protection counters use a coded identifier derived from your IP address instead of storing the raw address in the counter. This does not mean all technical information is anonymous or that hosting and security providers keep no records.

Spotify and external links

Selecting a recording in the Vox Music Listening Room loads a Spotify player. Your browser then connects to Spotify, which can receive your IP address, browser information and interactions with its player, and may use cookies or similar technologies. See Spotify's Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. Clearing a selected track removes the player; it does not erase information already received by Spotify.

Links to Spotify, LinkedIn and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Where information is kept

Inquiries and replies are handled through email. We have not yet established a routine schedule for keeping or deleting inquiry correspondence. The form application does not keep a separate message database, but messages can remain in email systems and service providers can retain delivery, security and operational records. Expiry of a protection counter does not delete mailbox messages or provider records.

Only James Capps or a studio member can read inquiries. Inquiry emails are not forwarded.

Privacy questions

For questions about information you have sent us, email studio@mythic-pulse.com. Include enough context to identify your inquiry, but do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
